Are chargers for electric vehicles universal?

EV chargers are, in general, universal. Most EVs use a conventional plug for Level 1 and Level 2 charging, which are the two most prevalent EV chargers.
DC chargers are becoming less frequent, but you can still find them in larger cities.
On the other hand, a Tesla Supercharger is solely compatible with Tesla automobiles.
